Serving Clients Across The Central Valley

Macdonald Fernandez LLP has served Central Valley clients from its offices in Modesto, California, for many years. Our Central Valley clients range from farms, dairies and small businesses to road builders, manufacturers and data centers. As our clients grow, we grow with them, often starting by assisting clients with business formation, governance and fundraising. Next, our successful clients often need estate planning services to protect and pass on businesses, real estate and other assets. When legal issues arise, we help clients prosecute and defend commercial litigation. Finally, when a client needs to reorganize a distressed business or terminate it and smoothly transition to a new project, we assist clients with bankruptcy and other insolvency matters.

Partner Iain A. Macdonald has practiced law since 1972, focusing his practice on bankruptcy, insolvency and turnaround litigation. He is also an experienced mediator, having served on the Stanislaus County Superior Court Mediation Panel.
