Matthew Olson is an associate attorney with Macdonald Fernandez LLP, a firm practicing bankruptcy, insolvency and turnaround litigation. The firm has offices in San Francisco and Modesto, California, and practices throughout California and nationally.  From February 2010 through September 2012, Matt served as law clerk to the Hon. Ronald H. Sargis of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California (Sacramento and Modesto Divisions). He has experience with bankruptcy cases under Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 of the bankruptcy code and related adversary proceedings. While attending law school, Matt served as a budget officer for the housing and dining unit of a university in Northern California.
